Campus Hub Credits are digital stored-value tokens denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You can top up your balance directly in the Campus Hub mobile app by selecting "Top Up", entering your desired amount, and checking out through our secure payment gateway.

No. As long as your student or user account remains active, your Campus Hub Credits do not expire.

Credits are tied to your authenticated student profile and are non-transferable. Cash withdrawals or bank cash-outs of unspent credit balances are not supported during active enrollment. However, upon verified graduation or permanent account termination, remaining credit balances can be refunded upon formal request to customer support.

Upload your PDF or document file via the Campus Hub mobile app or web portal. Choose your print settings (e.g. grayscale/color, duplex, page range). Then visit any on-campus Campus Hub printer, open the app's scanner to scan the dynamic QR code on the printer screen, and your document will release immediately.

Load your clothes and detergent into an available washing machine or dryer in your campus laundromat. Open the Campus Hub app, scan the QR code located on the machine's control console, confirm the cycle type, and your balance will be deducted to start the machine automatically. The app will notify you when the cycle is finished!

Our IoT edge controllers monitor hardware status in real-time. If a paper jam or hardware interruption occurs, the system records the failure. If your credits were deducted without outputting the service, you can also submit a one-tap issue report within the app. Upon verification, the deducted credits are promptly re-credited to your in-app wallet balance.

The Campus Hub POS is a cloud-based cashiering and retail management system designed for campus bookstores, cafeterias, marts, and student cooperatives. It features item catalog management, inventory alerts, barcode scanning, sales analytics, and seamless digital receipt generation.

The PMS streamlines campus student mailrooms. When courier packages arrive, operators scan the parcel barcode. The system matches the parcel to the student's campus profile and sends an instant push notification or SMS. When the student arrives at the counter, their identity is verified in seconds using a single-use OTP or QR code.

The software runs on standard modern browsers (Chrome, Edge) on PC or Android tablets. It is compatible with standard USB/Bluetooth barcode scanners and ESC/POS thermal receipt printers.

SaaS plans are billed on transparent monthly or annual subscription cycles. You may cancel at any time via your merchant portal, and service remains active until the end of your prepaid period. We offer a 14-day defect remediation guarantee as outlined in Section 6.0 of our Terms of Service.
